Dinner is served! Shrimp Cocktail, Salmon, Cole Slaw (home made) and Baked Potato Fries* from this past seasons garden. They’re keeping really well in cardboard boxes down in the 55-degree basement.

*Cut potatoes into 8 ‘wedges’(scrubbed, skins on, any kind) toss with EVOO, Garlic Salt, Pepper and Smoked Paprika. Bake on a cookie sheet, 425 degrees for 30 minutes or so.
