Apparently during the COVID-19 pandemic, more than half of Americans have not used their vacation time.
Jameson Irish Whiskey will encourage people to take time off to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
Jameson will pay 1,000 people $50 each.
You can enter by taking the Jameson pledge here. In addition to receiving $50, Jameson will make a $50 donation in each winner’s name to the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation.

This seems like a really great fun idea to celebrate diversity BUT I wonder if Irish will get offended about cultural appropriation? I don't want to be called a neo-colonialist by the Irish.

I had Jameson whiskey for the first time in 2019 during my cruise. It was great! But then a lot of people told me to also try Bushmill’s so I will on the next cruise.
