I believe it was Eric Cantor!!
For Robert B. Reisssssccchhh, he’d look down from an upper corner.
There were so many good satires in those days, it's hard to choose a favorite, but if I must: The Philanderer.
I don't remember it being Cantor, but then again...could be.

My Boy Lollipop
My boy Lollipop
You made my heart go giddy-up
You are as sweet as candy
You’re my sugar dandy
Well oh, my boy Lollipop
Never ever leave me
Because it would grieve me
My heart told me so
I love you, I love you, I love you so
But I don’t want you to know
I need you, I need you, I need you so
And I’ll never let you go
My boy Lollipop
You make my heart go giddy-up
You set the world on fire
You are my one desire
Oh, my Lollipop
I love you, I love you, I love you so
But I don’t want you to know
I need you, I need you, I need you so
And I’ll never let you go
My boy Lollipop
You make my heart go giddy-up
You set the world on fire
You are my one desire
Oh, my Lollipop
Oh, my Lollipop
My boy Lollipop
My boy Lollipop
My boy Lollipop
You have made my week brighter!
“You Don’t Own Me” by Klaus Nomi —— classic
I started listening to Rush in 1984 when he started his local show in Sacramento. He was new and fresh and funny as heck. I got through to talk on air many times in the early days. All my friends and co workers listened.
He got so popular we all knew he’d be national before long.
I cut my political teeth in Rush. Big hole in my heart with his passing.
My favorite parody was Hillary Clinton...Try to Remember. Her mind was Jell-O, Jell-O, Jell-O.
Also I was a Letter Carrier in the 80’s and one Christmas I was loaned out to help in Rio Linda for a week. I laughed every time I saw a fridge on a porch or cars out front on cinder blocks...lol.
Frank was a common target. The Dem leadership of the day...Gephardt, David “the Pit Yorkie” Bonoir, the fat(ter) Jerry Nadler, Henry “Nostrilitis” Waxman, Tom “ Dungheap” Harkin, Patsy Schroeder....
Thanks...so much there...”We’re fierce, we’re feminists, we’re in your face!!!!!...and he’d tweak it till they were screeching!!!
He was much funnier in the early days and I enjoyed that more.
I can’t listen to any talk radio, not for decades, too much repetition and anger stoking.
But Rush was usually positive and I appreciated that.
Henry Waxman nostrils could suck out Adam Schiffs eyeballs.

“For those of you in Rio Linda. . .”
I went to college at UC Davis, right by Rio Linda (and Sacramento), and started listening to Rush in 1988, my freshman year.
He made fun of Rio Linda for DECADES!
RIP Rush.
The not funny: addiction to meds and he came through with flying colors. He praised his rehab and said that was a wake up call for him and cared much less of personal opinions.
