I would argue that it is the dead of winter and nobody is really gathering anywhere for the virus to spread. When people to go out, they're masked up and social distancing and, yeah, more of us are immune now. and it's certainly a safe bet that we'll see a drop in cases in April since that's when cases started to drop in wave #1 for whatever reasons.
