MELBOURNE, Australia — Serena Williams walked off the court after her latest so-close-yet-so-far bid for a 24th Grand Slam title ended with a loss to Naomi Osaka at the Australian Open(Semifinals)......
Once again, Williams played well enough to get to the closing days of a major tournament. And once again, she couldn’t quite get the job done in order to add one more Grand Slam trophy to her collection of 23 and equal Margaret Court for the most in tennis history.

Sorry, I don't know how to reduce photo size.
That’s OK. She’s having trouble reducing size too.....
Serena has developed a pattern of tanking first set matches for quite a few years, then coming back strong in the second and thirds. I have attributed it to a specific custom drug she would only take if she lost the first set. It was almost like clockwork, she would lose the first set, lose a game or two in the second, start bellowing COME ON and miraculously make a monumental come back.
As for Osaka, she is a tennis force that can’t be denied and unfortunately will be around for a long time. I despise her because of her BLM and ANTIFA connections. She lives in the luxury of the US, is a Japanese citizen, and her father is from Haiti which is where her black heritage comes in. Haiti being the most corrupt and genocidal places on earth.. Yet, she was openly critical marching and protesting against the USA, referring to the US as genocidal. I say, move back to Japan or Haiti, this country owes her nothing.
Yeah, I now despise Osaka...
but I will root for her over Williams.
LOL
Funny! Last night was the first time I can recall sort of wanting Serena to win but truly didn’t care. I am afraid Brady doesn’t have a snowballs chance in hell against OSacko. By the way, can some one tell me what OSacko thinks she is doing when she bows her head multiple times to Serena after the match? Is she trying to do a Japanese custom, she left Japan when she was three and has lived in the US ever since. She is a fraud.
Just get a mediocre male tennis star to trans and he could shatter Court or Serenas records in a short time.
Stefi Graff retired when she was 30 with 22 grand slam titles. Serena has 23 titles.
Also Steffi is the only player in history to win the Golden Slam— all four GS titles in one year and Olympic gold too.
All in 1988.
I’m not a fan of Serena at all. Her arrogance and poor attitude ruined women’s tennis for me for awhile.
Wow, Humblegunner posted something clever.
I just realized something: I’ve never watched a tennis match. Or a golf tournament.
RE: Braasch played a round of golf in the morning, drank a couple of beers, smoked a few cigarettes, and then played the Williams sisters for a set each, one after the other. He defeated Serena, 6-1, and Venus, 6-2.
Braasch should have shaved his beard, declared himself a transgender and played in the women’s tournament. He’d crush everyone of them and be declared the greatest women’s tennis champ of all time ! Democrats would applaud 👏
Age is the great teacher of humility in sports. I know I can’t play like I used to.
She’s worth 210 million, her husband is worth 70 million.
I think they’ll be okay.
America. So racist black women are paid millions of dollars to chase a ball.
I wonder if some of Serena’s obsession to beat Margaret Court’s record is because Court has been accused of making racist comments back in the 70’s.
Of course it could be because of Serena’s massive ego too. The Queen wants that record.
Father Time is undefeated
Oh Agreed
The women’s tennis crowd all got mad at Margaret Court a few years ago because as a Christian, she is not in favor of the gay/trans agenda and said so.
Interesting choice of words you use to describe Serena...wonder why you find her gross and sweaty? Must be cause she plays so much tennis.
Yeh it does lol
