Imagine if that energy had been harnessed to improve their Country and living conditions? It's amazing how productive Nigerians can be in their pursuit of ill-gotten gains while Americans, who are routinely targeted by them, are being told by our own government they are in desperate need - to the tune of $8 billion over the last 20 years.
