I don't believe for second that Joe has picked anything in awhile. Even his clothes. He's being given scripts to read and things to sign. That's pretty much the extent of his involvement. Oh, he may think he's running the show. But he's really just being lead from one thing to the next and being redirected when he forgets what he was doing.
