I think I’d rather bend an elbow with Otis than 90% of our ex-POTUSes.I'd venture to say that 99.999% of people under 55 have no bleeping clue to what you're talking about...lol. I always enjoyed the humor of Foster Brooks, too. Couldn't do that today, way too politically incorrect.

Foster Brooks shows up in some of the old sit-come that I watch.
I think the Gavin Palone character in Seinfeld is the last funny drunk that I can recall on TV.
