True - but the Left always does this, and the two things are things they never would have been able to get if the other 298 weren’t so outrageous they served as a smokescreen.
Obama was lazy and accomplished almost nothing more than destroying private health care for the middle class and allowing virtually unlimited immigration - both of which were big issues that helped the Left immensely, but did not have the flash of many of the other ideas that riled up conservatives to oppose him during his Presidency. Biden will try to do the same with guns and destroying the energy industry, and Republicans will call it a win as long as he leaves their big contributors alone - just as they did with Obama.
