SCOTUS to Hear Election Fraud Cases for Pennsylvania, Michigan & Georgia
Not sure they have the will to reclaim their credibility.

Depends on what you mean by "hearing" the case.
The process of dealing with a case has two clear places that in casual vernacular are called "refused to hear" or "refused to decide."
The first, in time, is when a party files a petition or a claim before SCOTUS. These petitions are long, detailed petitions that explain why SCOTUS should take the case. 99% of the time SCOTUS reads these, then says "we will hear no more." Petition denied, "cert denied" in the vernacular.
The second is after the court agrees to hear more. There are more filings, often but not always some oral argument. That's where these cases are, procedurally. Cert was granted.
But even after hearing the case, SCOTUS may declare that it lacks jurisdiction. That's what it did in Marbury v. Madison. Did it hear the case? Did it decide the case? Those are rhetorical questions. People will argue the Q&A, rhetorically, but it doesn't matter. Marbury didn't get the relief he wanted.
These election fraud cases get dismissed because they’re either too soon when an election has not yet occurred, or too late because the election is over.
The whole thing was and is twisted. They should have looked at the evidence in the first place and did something about it. But so should the judges that punted.
AT MOST the USSC will order changes to state election procedures.
There is no way in hell anything beyond that occurs. The Electoral College and congress are the supreme power when it comes to presidential elections.

If that happens it would be significant & importantt for the future. The remaining question is “ Do the state governments there have the guts to enforce it.”
And here's a prediction: The USSC will once again rule against each case due to lack of standing and not wanting to overturn an election citing lack of precedence for doing so.
This is nothing but bread and circuses for the masses.
The Michigan Secretary of State just declared that the fraudulent audit of the fraudulent election result “proves” that there was no electoral fraud; zero, zilch, nada.
The corrupt and derelict USSC wil undoubtedly rule the same thing on any case of any kind that they decide to put on for political theatre.
Disgusting, reprehensible, prevaricating, duplicitous, lying liars, each and every one of these repugnant basterds. The USA is so over!
We view the courts as politics. However, in reality the majority of cases that go before SCOTUS are antiseptic exercises in law and precedent.
FACT - the conduct of the election in these states was unconstitutional under both state and federal law. State officials acknowledged the merits, but said it was because of “Covid”. How does that jibe with sentiment from the courts that the virus does not overturn the constitution?
These cases will be interesting. Forget all the Sidney Powell/Lin Wood stuff. You would need a massive investigation by DOJ to prove those and it will not happen.
The cases that made it are well reasoned and pointed arguments regarding the constitutionality and conduct of the elections.
None of us know what will happen now. I think Trump wins on the merits, but it will not change the “selection” (you have to put an s in front of election now) IF the case is argued.
I also think that Roberts is looking for anything he can find to NOT hear the case on the merits, but get rid of it on some technicality or some argument that “it is over now so whats the point”.
Either way it is going to be very contentious. The Chief Justice and other members of the court would do well to remind themselves that the election is a moment in time while the law is built and administered over very long time periods. The outright dismissal of such claims will forever change the authority of the court in our nation far beyond “Trump”.
It would cement the idea that our courts are now part of the body politic - a very dangerous idea that invalidates the role of the court in our constitution from which the court gathers all its authority.

REVIEW THOSE GEORGIA SENATE ELECTION RESULTS
There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?
If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.

The new Democrat party is a constitutional crisis.
Hopefully this isn’t just a means of nwo trojan horse implant john roberts way of legitimizing mail in and online registrations and votes. I’m still not entirely certain we hold a majority in SCOTUS
