Minneapolis is planning to spend $6.4 million to hire dozens of police officers, at a time when some City Council members and activist groups have been advocating to replace the police department following George Floyd’s death.
The City Council voted unanimously Friday to approve the additional funding that police requested. The department says it only has 638 officers available to work — roughly 200 fewer than usual. An unprecedented number of officers quit or went on extended medical leave after Floyd’s death and the unrest that followed, which included the burning of a police precinct.
With new recruit classes, the city anticipates it will have 674 officers available at the end of the year, with another 28 in the hiring process, the Star Tribune reported. …

Will they be allowed to interact with or arrest black people? Will the people they arrest be immediately released? Then what’s the point?
My son is at the police academy in our state now. His woke cousin has cut off all contact with him because he dared to tell her that looting, rioting and assaults are crimes regardless of the reasons behind them. According to the woke ditz my son is “ too white, to straight, to religious and a pig”. She has to ever so often cut off contact with her family who embarrasses her.
I wouldn’t touch a big city police department job with a vaccinated crowbar! These cities deserve what’s coming their way...
There is a correlation between gender in leadership and this trend.
And it has nothing to do with their chromosonal configuration. It is about a congenital inability to connect cause to effect. The application of accountability to their actions and reason to the analysis of those actions.
If you ACAB (All Cops Are Bad) your police force, crime goes up, people leave the force, and those who remain will find ways to minimize their risk on the job through avoidance of work.
These councils are now predominantly female. More female mayors now than ever before, and the cities are in worse shape than any other time since 1935.
And it is NOT their plumbing. I don’t know why they can’t connect cause to effect. They can’t. It should be studied.
It isn’t racial either. Kevin Samuels is an image consultant on YouTube, and he is PAID by black females to help them find black men to marry. He records these calls he has and puts them on the internet.
Fascinating. I can’t stop watching them. These women KNOW BEFORE THE PHONE CALL what this man is going to say. His approach is completely consistent. It is invariant.
But they line up, they pay him, they know what he’s going to say, and then they try and BS their way into getting him THIS TIME to affirm their skewed view of themselves and reality.
Just an observation. I’ve had some very, very good female bosses. Part of that was because I’m in a technical field that has huge specialization and I have a good work ethic and keep my mouth shut at work.
I don’t require much management. HOWEVER, I’m not getting much mentorship either. Most of my career is male bosses pushing me to be better - pushing me out of my zone.
Female bosses, if you’re running right, leave you be. That’s not management. That’s work avoidance.
I’m glad they believed what I was telling them and went to bat, but it isn’t management.
I don’t know. If female leadership is what’s coming, so is one great big war. There is no avoiding war, there is just postponing it to the advantage of our enemies.

Exactly. But one Somali police officer from Minneapolis is currently serving a jail sentence for killing an unarmed white woman. My only question is when will another police officer, this time in the Capitol, be identified for his role in killing an unarmed white woman? When will he also go to jail?
I thought they had voted to DEFUND the cops....
Are they going to pay police with DONATIONS???
When they replace the honest, courageous, testosterone-laden men with estrogen-laden trans-men and illegal immigrants, and other “woke” victims, I’m sure that will be a great improvement.
Someone should show the scene from Blazing Saddles where they are recruiting all the low lifes to attack the town and
