I would like to make the argument that though even if this person is indeed guilty, the DOJ must be opposed by all means possible.
It’s inarguable that DOJ does not go after the elites and spends it time attacking the little people. Does anyone deny that DOJ and their police state apparatus is poised to attack conservatives, Christians, gun owners right now or very soon?
That’s why we need jury nullification as a means of weakening DOJ by making them lose cases across the board. Soap box is done, ballot box is fixed, even ammo box is threatened. Time to use the jury box and make it more difficult for prosecutors to get easy settlements because Fed trials result in 95% convictions. Those on grand juries and trial juries can impede these rogue Feds.
