Commissioners offer lavish incentives to investors to build “low income housing” say in a 97% white working class neighborhood. No taxes for the length of the mortgage, relaxation of requirement for parking spots per resident.

Well, most of the murders, assaults and violent crimes take place in the big Dem run cities. The same people with very harsh lockdowns.
There have been plenty of articles here about tech workers fleeing San Francisco for example and moving to Texas , because of the violence, sh*t in the streets, very high rents etc.
Most big tech companies are now doing remote working.
If you can work from home anyway, why would you stay in a big crime ridden Dem City?
Answer: You won't.< All you need is high sped internet. Elon Musk's Starlink will soon supply that even in very remote areas. You can live in a nice big house in a very peaceful neighborhood out in the country and still do your job.
