I don’t know much about prog rock, have a few albums, saw Yes in the mid 80s, saw Nik Turner’s Hawkwind a half dozen times. Were Pink Floyd ever prog or not enough classical?
There is a label that releases old tapes as well as new albums with older performers. You can hear many of them online but also but the releases on vinyl and CD.
I do think that they have a lot of modern recorded prog rock but I can’t compare it to what came before, I just don’t have the background.
I mentioned Nik Turner so I’ll direct you to his album on that site which I’ve never bought or downloaded but I streamed it a number of times when it came out.
