Have you ever been tested for MTHFR gene mutation? You might want to check this out: https://mthfrgenehealth.com/mthfr-symptoms/. When I was tested, it came back with several mutations. Starting a methylated B vitamin seriously turned my health around. Just FYI... I do not have seizures. I was suffering anxiety/panic attacks, chronic fatigue, insomnia and about a dozen other things on that list. I did read that seizures can be caused by malabsorption of B6, so it's definitely something I would look into if I were you. ("Sauce": MTHFR C677T genotype as a risk factor for epilepsy

Another thing I learned researching these mutations is that if you have them, you can't absorb B vitamins or the folic acid (synthetic) that many vitamin manufacturers put in them. Folic acid will basically become toxic to a person with the gene mutation and you still won't be able to absorb the B vitamins you take. So if you have an unknown genetic mutation and are taking a B complex that you buy at Target or Walmart, you may be doing more harm than good.

slide - MTHFR gene
_______________________________________________________

The first thing I thought was “There’s a motherf****r gene?” Well that would explain a lot of bad things in the world.

Then I thought you were setting up a joke. I wasn’t seeing the joke part way through your post though so I looked it up. It’s a real thing -

Methylene tetrahydrofolate reductase

I might have named it something else if it were my choice, but I understand that the discoverer gets the naming rights. Fascinating.

If this doesn’t get bagster back to posting, he might have been renditioned to CFDG.

My vitamin B12 and folic acid levels are normal. I’m too lazy (don’t know why) to look through a couple years of blood test results to try to find other vitamins.

Are there any blood tests you recommend I ask my doctor/nurse practitioner to run? I keep saying I want a big blood test done, but when they ask me what I want done, I have no answer because I haven’t gone to medical school. Surprisingly they haven’t used that line on me yet.

Also looked up what’s called emotional blocking. I could have subconsciously done that as well starting around age 15, because my parents started going through a rough patch between when I was that age.

God knows what’s going on inside my body. I feel like I’m 85+.
