JMHO the rats/DS are just trying to PO enough people to cause enough "violent reaction" (genuine, large/small scale or, as a last resort, FF) to justify Martial Law and general confiscation of firearms to solidify their march toward their NWO.
Only problem is that would surely set off the Real Deal CW2.0 if done too quickly so they've got to try to nibble at it at least for the time being.
My guess is they'll announce something like this, wait for blowback, back down a bit if necessary and haul out a new outrage....just like that old boil-the-frog meme.
