I had my cardiologist write my script for 90 days which I get filled 4 times a year at my regular pharmacy.
In addition, at the beginning of the Rona, I asked Primary Care Dr. to give me a script for extra in case there were shortages from China.
He gave me a script of 90 days, refillable 4 times per year, so I got that filled at the FQHC pharmacy and told them it was a cash payment - insurance would have rejected it.
I now have more than 6 months worth.
Must be nice. I can get my meds once a month for $10 with the manufactures discount at the pharmacy, or 90 days at $110 a month through our crappy mail Rx policy that won't do the discount.
