I have been going to a chiro for about 6 months for sciatica and he has done amazing work, I have not had a twinge for over 2 months. The thing I like best is that he was an MD before going into chiro so he explains everything, probably going into detail way above my understanding.
Yes, and the exercises are really good to do to prevent a return-I do get a bit lazy about them sometimes though.
