Point taken, but can you see the AF insignia on the saluting people in that video? I can only see insignia on the hat, which looks like a police hat.

looks like it could be a bus driver hat to me...which is or was the nickname for the enlisted hat.

You can see the Air Force rank on their collars at 1:23 & 1:28. Enlisted, more than an E-4 or 5 probably.

Of interest, it looks like the Officer carrying the “football” is Army that day (beret, blue trousers with a gold stripe), carrying 3 satchels at the forward stairs and starting to board at 2:47.

Given all involved are trying to overthrow the government, I think they would not hesitate to put actual military uniforms on actors. That can explain why they are sloppy in their comportment and salutes etc. but some may appear to have military uniforms.

I think if they were real traitor military they would at least stand up straight. :)
