You can see the Air Force rank on their collars at 1:23 & 1:28. Enlisted, more than an E-4 or 5 probably.
Of interest, it looks like the Officer carrying the “football” is Army that day (beret, blue trousers with a gold stripe), carrying 3 satchels at the forward stairs and starting to board at 2:47.

Snow on the ground, water on the pavement maybe could cause what looks to be dirt stuff, though it didn’t look like it when driving in.
I don’t see any dings or dents in the Suburban. Probably just a bad reflection.
Read an article where Pres. Biden said the plane he rode in was just like the one he rode in as VP only this one is way nicer.
