I have never understood why people would pay good money to go sailing on a boat where the quarters are cramped and you are bobbing up and down on the Sea trying to play shuffle board or some other stupid recreational games.

Try cruising on Celebrity. You won't have cramped quarters. As to shuffleboard or "other stupid recreational games," I was having so much fun that I didn't have time for that. Best part of the cruise really was meeting other people in person, something that doesn't happen often enough in this Internet Age.

Meeting real people in person...that reminds me of our Mediterranean cruise in 2008. My kids were 17 & 15 then. They still keep in touch with friends made on that ship, and later on toured Europe meeting their friends and did not have to spend on hotels.
