I have had Mountain Lion and in taste and texture I would equate it with pork loin.

I ate it before I knew what it was, at a Wild Game Feed. I make awesome ‘Coon and Kraut’ and a mean ‘Sloppy Bear.’ Sometimes I even get all of the buckshot out of it, LOL!

I’m at the top of the Food Chain for a reason, I guess.
