They don't really think they are men. They are playing with the idea that they are men, and trying to pretend to be men, because being "transgender" is currently trendy.
Every once in a while, an insanity sweeps through a population in an almost contagious manner. "Transgenderism" is the insanity of our time. In a hundred years, it will be forgotten and some other insanity will be in vogue.
