Kangaroo court. If Democrats can unilaterally choose the “judge” from one of their own, and can initiate a bill of attainder against a private citizen charging the designated defendant for the “crime” of exercising enumerated rights, they can decide by simple majority vote to change the rules to a simple majority sufficient for conviction.

Fascists.

Kangaroo court. If Democrats can unilaterally choose the “judge” from one of their own...in violation of the clear and unmistakable meaning of the the plain language of the Constitution...

We should note they clearly believe either that they have the power to so act or in the alternative are bold enough to commit such a violation at great cost to the nation. Should not this action:

1. Demonstrate the leaders of the Senate believe it can unilaterally amend the Constitution with a simple majority vote of its chamber when and as it desires. What comes next?

2. Raise a question of whether such a knowing, intentional and compelling disregard of the Constitution provides a working definition of "domestic enemies" as contemplated in the Constitution? If not what does serve as a definition?
