The government really sticks it to the dairy industry. Especially the little guys.

I stay under their radar by selling only aged cheese not milk, not selling across state lines and keeping my cheese sales under $10,000 a year. Makes me a cottage industry.

I have occasionally wanted to expand but the flame is not worth the hassle.
