I saw that and said to myself "will they have the guts to throw a challenge flag on the first female ref?" Well, the Bucs were already well ahead, it was late in the game. I imagine Bruce Arians was willing to let it slide although perhaps the NFL signaled to him that he'd lose the challenge if he tried it.
True story. When Nikita Kruschev was the leader of Russia, his American hosts took him to see an AFL game between the Raiders and Chargers. After the game ended, reporters tried to ask Kruschev what he thought of the game.

OTOH, if memory of the game serves me correct, she may have been the one who threw a penalty flag against someone in the Chiefs' secondary when the ball sailed over the receiver's head and should've been deemed uncatchable.
