Time magazine’s “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign that Saved the 2020 Election” by Molly Ball is supposed to come off as an epic tale of left-wing institutions swooping in to save democracy from untold chaos in the aftermath of the election but reads more like a confessional where the storyteller and her informants unwittingly reveal that the election was indeed rigged.
Ball stresses that the “shadow effort [was] dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted.” In other words, they were not attempting to defeat Trump, but were focused on ensuring free and fair elections to prevent chaos if Trump were elected or refused to concede. This required a coordinated effort among a staggering number of left-wing organizations, the media and tech, titans of industry, ....
Through extensive interviews and access to documents, Ball lays out in earnest the game plan with absolutely no awareness that this nonadmission of wrongdoing is actually an admission that bolsters what the President has been saying all along (and is vital to his defense against this second impeachment):
They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears. They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction. After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result.

Most Trump supporters knew the election was being stolen months before the election happened. See all of the posts on FR about Color Revolution. This is just gloating to their base about how clever they were in how they did it.
That was the position of a rabid Never Trumper I’ve banged heads with.

How many GOP politicians are loudly demanding reforms to ensure election integrity? The silence is deafening. Yet my GOP Congresscritter in his weekly says he is “fighting” for conservative values.
The GOP should be demanding investigations and election integrity reform. Otherwise every one of them is vulnerable in the 2022 election. With manipulation of voter machines, voting by non-citizens, and stuffing of ballot boxes there is no “safe” seat in Congress. You would think for their own survival they would push this issue, which also happens to be a winning issue with their voter base.
Yet they aren’t speaking out at all. Why?
And these are the same RINOs who voted for dems and now insist that we not form a MAGA Party "Rrr the dems win."
The GOP whigged out and has earned 3rd party status.
Long live the MAGA Party.
I'm not "most Trump supporters" and I thought Trump would win in a landslide, just based on what I could easily see -- there is huge support for Trump among my neighbors, zero for Biden.
How is that not a landslide?
Now everybody's just giddy over this Time Magazine article, but it confesses to nothing illegal, while Mike Lindell is telling us that crooks literally flipped votes inside voting machines (or in Spain, Germany??) to give Trump's votes to Biden, Biden's to Trump.
If that could be proved, it should blow the election apart.
But can it be?
Time's confessions of coordination do not equal admissions of collusion & conspiracies to commit election crimes.
But it's a start.
TIME brazenly reports a “Secret Cabal” colluded to manipulate

The hypocrisy is stultifying. These same people went postal over so-called “Russian interference.”
Now Time tells us the interference was in our own backyard.
TIME recounts frightening activities that are downright illegal, and dangerous to free and fair elections.
Yet, we, the people, hear not even one discouraging word.

conspiring to manipulate an election is directly counter to (drum roll please)......”a democracy.”
More like tin pot Third World dictators scared of losing their sinecures.
Clearly Biden, Pelosi and that bunch gave ‘em carte blanche ....there’s not even an inkling they feared retribution.
The election was rigged and the riggers brag about it in Time Magazine.
Un-frickin’-believable.

To be a Republican Senator or Representative, they have to have their family jewels removed before taking office. It’s the only explanation.
Nonsense, all you're talking about is a replacement for the old Tea Party.
The Tea Party had some successes, excited many voters, raised up some new politicians, won some primaries (but lost more) and helped carry Republicans to majorities in the Obama years.
But there were no Tea Partiers who were not also Republicans and they are today mostly irrelevant except as Republicans.
Your alleged "MAGA Party" with Donald Trump in the lead will be simply Republicans by another name.
They could well serve to replace some Republican dead-wood in primaries, but if they permanently split Republicans, that will only serve to elect more communist Democrats.
Is that your goal?
Your goal of doing the same RINO thing over and over only results in either getting more demoncraps elected or surrendering to whatever he demoncraps want eve when the R's hold the majority, so yeah, it doesn't matter if the GOP becomes the 3rd party. The MAGA party will have the numbers to render you guys meaningless. Die, Whig bast*rds. Die!

And you don't know your own history, do you?
The old Whigs were the original Federalists -- who wrote & ratified the Constitution -- renamed after Federalists collapsed following the 1814 Hartford Convention, over secession.
In the 1830s old Federalists reformed under the name Whigs in opposition to Andrew Jackson's Democrats.
Whigs were a national party that won two national elections, in 1840 and 1848, but then split up over slavery.
Northern Whigs became Republicans while Southern Whigs became American (Know Nothings) and in 1860 Constitutional Unionists.
But the Whig split-up helped Democrats win the elections of 1852 & 1856.
Democrats might also have won again in 1860 except that they then also split up over slavery.
So, from 1860 until roughly 1964 Republicans were the old Northern Whigs and Southern Whigs mostly voted Democrat.
Then beginning with Barry Goldwater in 1964, Republicans began to win back some of the Southern Whigs and since Ronald Reagan in 1980, they've been pretty loyal Republican voters.
But given their ancestors' civil war experience and their many years of voting Democrat, it's not surprising that many, many chaff under the Republican yoke and would just love, love to smash d*mnyankee Republican devils to h*ll!
And you don't even care if that means electing more communist Democrats, you just want to smash Republicans, refight the civil war and then go down in a blaze of everlasting glory, just like your ancestors did, right?
Right, but you got to control that.
It's pure insanity, does nobody any good, least of all the United States.
So here's the solution: join a third party (i.e., Buccaneers!), enjoy your life, enjoy your new political friends, just don't ever expect to make a difference.
If you wanted to make a difference, you'd need to pick a major party and work, work, work with it on your issues.
