Sorry for saying you need to respond to those trying to help you for you did make a about 4 direct responses on that, but you ignored others without telling us if the problem was solved, or expressing any thanks for attempts, leaving those who want to help to continue to make suggestions while also do not providing much at all in way of details including steps you already took. I understand computer problems can be frustrating, but doing more of what I said helps us to help you.
