I wrote about the CLIA proposed procedures for reopening of about six months ago.
I’ve made it clear to my prefered travel agent that we will not be booking a cruise as long as those restrictions remain in place.
Have you ever tried to book a cruise without those ‘free’ goodies? Holland allows you to do that. Surprisingly those goodies aren’t really free. It’s more accurate to call them included in the price quoted. Azamara advertise free airfare. But they also advertise the same cruise w/o the free airfare for a substantially lower price. As a veteran cruiser, I’m sure you’ve seen the cruise lines increase prices to cover those ‘free’ goodies.
Norwegian does not give any discount if you refuse the free booze etc.
