Apparently he does, as many on Twitter lamented the racism of Brady winning, especially during Black History Month. Not kidding.
It took me about 1 second to find a story about 10 black starting QBs for the 2020 season.

Mahomes’ mother is white. He could be called a dark shade of white. What defines “Black” anymore with all of the interracial marriages between Blacks, Whites, Hispanics, Asians, and so forth.
Pat Mahomes mother is WHITE.
