I would have never talked to the enemy.
I would never have said a word.
At most, I’d hand over a card with my lawyer’s name and phone number on it.
Guess people don’t read the news much in recent years.
See also: Carter Page and George Papdopolous.
After the Michael Flynn inquisition I will never do anything but take the 5th when being questioned by the FBI.
You should have told them that you wanted to press charges against whomever filled the false complaint on you.
FBI: “Were you in Wash DC during the protest?”
Me: “Ask my lawyer, now bugger off.”
There’s stuff like that.
And there’s stuff like just asking folk who believe in the perfect election what part of it has been verified by observers from both parties, as provided for in the law?
When voters, parties, legislators, or electors go to court and the court says they don’t have standing, how to does that validate anything?
When the lawyers go to court with witnesses attesting to having seen fraud, and ask the court to let them see records or video to see whether it actually happened or not, and the court simply tells them “nope”
When there are government records which say these certain people were dead before voting, and the election officials say ‘nope’ without elaborating or producing any verifiable or falsifiable report - even directly refusing to the candidate - how does that validate anything?
Imagine if, in 2017, the FBI started chasing down everyone who said Russia stole the 2016 election?
Big thumbs up!!!!
Imagine if, in 2017, the FBI started chasing down everyone who said Russia stole the 2016 election?
Good point.
I would have asked them if they were the ones who submitted the photoshopped image of the “capitol insurrection” that included the naked man in the painting on the wall. I would have told them they work for an agency that submits fraudulent evidence and cannot be trusted.
Glad it turned out well
“After the Michael Flynn inquisition I will never do anything but take the 5th when being questioned by the FBI.”
Isn’t that sad? The FBI were heroes to my child self. Even into my 20’s watching the X-Files, I thought the FBI was the pinnacle of law enforcement integrity.
The Comey, Strzok, Page, Baker, Clinesmith, et al.
Those people at the top, and their foils, destroyed the reputation of the FBI and much of the public’s trust.
I would not allow myself to be led into a process crime and would exercise my right to remain silent.
I know... Sadly, I know. LOL
Do you use Bank of America, perchance?
About the most kind thing I would have said to them was “you must have missed the no trespassing sign on the way in, try not to miss it on the way out.”
Very nicely done, moonhawk. And a tip of the hat (if I had one) to Bug.
No need to make a Federal case where none exists.
Would love to see a picture of Bug.
I’ve been very open that I too took the opportunity to redress my grievance with the government on january 6.
I wouldn’t be surprised to get a knock on the door.
Based on the new yesterday, Bank of America probably turned you in.
