PLAINS, Pennsylvania — An argument between neighbors over shoveling snow turned deadly when a man fatally shot two people, then took his own life, according to reports.
WGAL Channel 8 reports James Goy, 50, and Lisa Goy, 48, were shoveling snow Monday morning from parking spots in front of their residence. Luzerne County prosecutors say the couple was shoveling the snow onto the property of Jeffrey Spaide, 47, who lived across the street.
WNEP Channel 16 reports Spaide also was outside shoveling and asked the couple to stop shoveling snow onto his property. All three began arguing, reports say.

I saw the full video the other day. The two morons just would not shut up. Even when they guy came out with a gun and fired a few warning shots they just kept right on talking. The husband went from tough guy to squealing like a lil beyotch instantly. The wife kept up the chit talk right up until she caught one in the noggin.
Some people just can not shut their effing mouths. Ever.

Something else, too. Maybe it’s just me (certainly not an “aggressive” type at all!), but if I had the means (scoped rifle at hand), and I’m in the position of the videographer, the second I see the killer’s handgun, I grab that rifle, and the instant he opens up, I open up on him.
Arguably, I should fire warning shots the second I see the handgun. Leg shots if he still advances, kill shots if he keeps coming or fires. A bit risky, and likely fallout later to me too, but I have the advantage, and the Goys don’t die.
