No wardrobe malfunctions to watch?Maybe not at half time, but Miley Cyrus is supposed to play in the pre-game show sans wardrobe with less on than a bikini at the beach and all of her ugly tattoos on display for all to see. At least as Hannah Montana years ago she appeared halfway innocent.
