Both Byrne and his compadre Jovan Pulitzer are of the “tech” world— but appear to be Libertarians exasperated at the potential of never having another fair election- this is to be believed imho. If he is an operative of deep state- it would seem he is on Trump’s side, or... managed as being such as disinformation.

Our earlier introduction to this guy was his tv interview on Ingraham Angle about his “ordered” relationship with Maria Butina (Russian gun rights advocate involved with support of the NRA at National Convention, subsequently arrested, jaild and returned to Russia) is suspect, - because of his entire whacky narrative about it, indicating his targeted (blackmailed) set up by derp state to do this. This is how they double use someone like Byrne, to make him appear looney while directing his actions under financial blackmail.
