I wondered why that wasn’t considered a crime scene.
When they carted her away and the video swung back to where she had fallen, people were walking thru the blood, of which it seems there should have been more.

Every cop knows that any time someone is shot, the scene needs to be immediately ‘sterilized’ to preserve evidence.
