If security for Judges is not provided by the Federal Government, then is it up to us to present a safe haven for them ?

If judges don’t rule out of personal safety, then the courts aren’t functioning and the military -who can protect their courts- will convene.
And, IMO, it doesn’t take the entire court system to be considered defunct.
Each indiviudal US District can be declared inoperable.
