Why?
It FORCES major US businesses to EXPORT labor - esp manufacturing - to....CHINA.
China Joe doesn’t care about the impact on US small businesses. As far as he is concerned, the deplorables are surplus to needs.
And this is a great way for Biden to please his Beijing masters. And to make EASY $$.
When is someone going to stop these crooks?
