I am noticing the same thing with my daughter. I take it as a sign of her affection, but c’mon! I’m only 62, and I am working every day handling complex legal issues for a Fortune 200 global company! I lift weights 3x a week and I’m in better physical shape than she is!

I remember about 6 years ago finding out that one of my miserable daughters had been telling people that I was senile.
I was working part time in high stress professional field with up to 10 direct reports and 25 clients, I was running a well recommended private business part time as managing partner as well as a primary service provider, and I owned managed and ran a third business that required substantial management skills.
And I was said to be incapable. Her inlaws were surprised I was not drooling.
I continue to be involved in two of the three endeavors.
I have no trust and realize how dangerous this daughter is to my well being.
