• Start an immediate program to improve your physical fitness, even if it's just walking. Get a 5 or 10 lb dumbbell and lift it a little more every day. You'll be surprised how quickly your body will respond...and it's good for you mind.

We have no idea what we will have to do in the near future in response to the coming transition, but we can be pretty sure it won't be pleasant.

So, whatever you currently do for fitness, up the ante a little bit. If you do nothing but sit on the couch, start walking around the block once a day, then twice, and so on.
