His lungs had to have been exposed to some real toxic stuff over a period of time. But I don’t think it’s the mold in cheap motels. Lots of people stay at cheap motels

I would say that we all get exposed to it, but for some people, that just triggers it. Boom, they get cancer and they're dead. Rest of us, we are resistant to it.
