Wictor has always believed Pence is a white hat. Others have different ideas. Evidence will eventually be known one way or another, I think.

Wictor doesn’t think Pence was ever a black hat. I myself don’t know either, and people claiming one way or another could either be wrong, or providing cover.
Wictor has always thought Pence was a white hat. (1) Trump wouldn't choose a black hat as VP. (2) Acting Defense Secretary Miller praised and thanked Pence for his assistance with the "most complicated defense operation ever".
