I can’t tell you which rally it was or even which month, but I remember Trump’s saying something like
I wonder what happened to Joe. He just seems different.
I have read on many different comment sections for various threads, where people have said that President Trump said, "Joe's shot," but no one has explained it or mentioned when POTUS said that.
Does anyone remember him saying that?

I remember President Trump saying at a rally that CreepyJoe was “shot” (meaning used up, washed up, tired,etc).
