This is a FUD article since the same warning applies to ANY ANDROID device that uses wireless charging. To claim it only applies to Apple iPhone 12 is absurd. The fact is that every iPhone since the iPhone 8 release has incorporated wireless charging which use very small magnets (which have been incorporated in many other pocketable devices for years) without affecting pacemakers and other implantable medical devices adversely due to a short reach magnetic field. This late claim is absurd, and more related to the FUD Season around this weeks’ Apple Financial Call release of the First Quarter 2021 financial results. It’s a typical effort to suppress Apple sales and hence AAPL sales we see around such calls.

That being said, Apple has always warned as part of its general precautions, in its terms of service, that cellular phones should be kept away from pacemakers and other implanted electronic medical devices due to the fact that they do emit electromagnetic signals. —PING!
