The military collected the whole of the Presidential fraud. The House would all have to stand again, and the 1/3 of the Senate. It hasn't ever happened so civics never contemplated it. In a clean election, paper ballots/purple thumbs under military supervision, President Trump would probably stand again and take the vote. There would be no impeachment or Senate trial, and no legislation either thankfully.
Laptops aside, Pelosi would be finished, the Dem House contingent would be about 25 members if Dem/China/Covid link established. Pelosi choosing firing squad over the chair.

All kidding aside, what are your thoughts on McConnell? Same fate as Pelosi? Some type of agreement to turn "state's evidence"? Suicide to escape being brought to justice?
If the fraud can be proven to have happened after midnight on the 3rd (it can) then those results can be upheld and no “new election” needs be done.
There is no section or clause in the Constitution for a re-done election.
The results are to be accepted.
Every LEGAL vote is counted.
Votes are both whole numbers and real numbers.
They equal “one”.
In math it is represented as the real value and symbolized as |1| or [1].
Any instance of a fractional vote or a negative vote (contraction of a reported total) is direct (prima facia) evidence of fraud.
