I have had dinner at the Top of the Sixes in New York City, so when I saw that picture, I went down the rabbit hole. I also read that disturbing Cathy Fox article on the Vanderbilts and Gloria in particular.
And I learned that William Vanderbilt was the original owner of the building at 666 Fifth Ave. That it changed hands internationally a few times.... and now is owned by Jared Kushner.
What in the blazes is that all about????
