Healthy-looking male jaguar like that, I’m almost certain that Arizona Fish & Game has already anaesthetised him, and pulled semen from him, which they’ll either preserve, or use to impregnate captive females.

Yeah, but the thing about cats is they can interbreed. Might be some jaguar/panther or ocelot/bobcat hybrids out there.

I wouldn’t say that, there may be an actual breeding population there in addition jaquars have been known to frequent thst territory, I don’t know much about the ocelots.
