Totally off topic, but I want to know why pork has been dirt cheap for at least a year, but bacon still costs $7 a pound!
That is an all-important question, in my book as well.
Probably because Chinese processed bacon is just not up to American standards and is not allowed for import. That’s my guess.
Looks like pork has been high since last Summer...up about 49% since then:
