Hi.

Italians are bad drivers. Why? Go to Roma and all the drivers there have one hand on the horn, and one finger out the window.

That’s anywhere in Southern Europe and South America.

Latins are impulsive and have tempers.

Worst drivers I have seen were in Istanbul. China was at the top, too. I used to complain about Detroit drivers, but not any more.

Lol.. That is exactly what it was like when I went to Seoul. (most were the taxi drivers)
