Many of those are really small studies of under 100 participants.
I don’t see a lot of confirming studies.
It takes many years and a lot of money to get a dozen studies on a given item’s benefit.
What nice is that you can be your own control and choose any of the OTC options, including the diets, to prove it out, yourself.
These opportunities won’t hurt hurt you, but might truly help.
Even if we had a dozen studies on each, it we’d likely find it helped a decent majority, but not 100% of all those who would then take the therapies.
