My lovely and gracious Japanese wife has been shoving a clove of aged garlic in my mouth every morning for the last three or four years. I like garlic, but that stuff is NASTY. Maybe I should stop bitching about it.
I had an Italian client who swore by eating garlic, but for other reasons. This is the first I’ve heard of it being used to treat clogged arteries. Anyway, she passed away two months ago at the age of 96.

Where do you get aged garlic? Can you cook with it or do you have to eat it raw? Can you use it in salads?
